Ty's service represents the phrase "above and beyond the call of duty". My 85 year old father recently moved in with me and my husband from his single family home. From the beginning Ty was very reassuring and helpful. He made us very comfortable and kept us informed. He had no problem answering all of our questions and helping us to understand the process.
